Job Summary
Oversee accurate accounting and securities records for administered funds, ensuring strict adherence to all control processes. Lead resolution of complex issues where transactions breach system validation tolerances and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform efficiency and resilience. Establish productive relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients to drive mutually beneficial outcomes and manage strategic planning projects. Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of learning while communicating status updates and KPIs to senior management for prioritization of client issues. This role requires at least seven years of fund accounting experience, advanced proficiency in process automation, and demonstrated team management skills.
