Job Summary
Lead and develop the global compliance function across U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions, managing a team of approximately six professionals to build a scalable, unified approach. Partner with executive leadership, including the Chief Legal & Risk Officer, to identify compliance risks, drive IPO readiness, and enhance governance, internal controls, and audit processes. Oversee enterprise compliance across an evolving regulatory landscape, establish metrics and reporting frameworks, and lead investigations and remediation efforts. Monitor emerging regulations to implement practical solutions supporting continued global growth and a potential IPO.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- Approximately 15+ years of legal and compliance experience
- significant leadership responsibility within a complex, highly regulated industry
- Demonstrated success building or transforming a global compliance program
- Strong leadership skills
