Job Summary
Develop and execute Kroll's CSR strategy, establishing annual goals, budgets, and performance metrics aligned with organizational values. Lead firmwide programs including Kroll Cares volunteer campaigns, disaster relief, and skills-based initiatives while managing the Kroll Charitable Foundation's operations, grant administration, and compliance. Build strategic partnerships with nonprofits and coordinate charitable giving, sponsorships, and employee matching gift programs. Represent the organization at community events and amplify CSR achievements across the intranet, website, and social media channels. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or community relations. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $200,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, sustainability, ESG, community relations, nonprofit management, or a related field
- Experience managing programs, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives
- Proven success in building partnerships and stakeholder relationships
- Strong project and program management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Data analysis and impact measurement expertise
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
