Job Summary
Lead development and optimization of clinical data management programs that support innovative patient care. Build and lead a multinational team of Clinical Data Management, Database Programming, Biostatistics, Statistical Programming, and Safety professionals across the US, India, and Europe. Develop and execute global operational strategy, ensure compliance with global and local regulatory requirements, and champion continuous innovation of tools, methodologies, and project/program management to improve efficiency, quality, and client engagement. Build strong client relationships at project and executive levels, collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Strategy, and Market Access, participate in Sales and Marketing strategy, and embed a data-driven culture with metrics and customer insights into product decisions. Define clear success criteria and establish regular reviews of product performance and business impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a relevant field
- minimum of 12 years of experience leading Clinical Data Management teams
- at least 7 years focused on MedTech development
- Deep understanding of Clinical Data Management technical, process and regulatory standards
- Extensive experience in leading and managing teams across multiple geographies to develop, implement and manage detailed project plans including timelines, resources and budgets
- Proven ability to translate business needs into operational plans, standards, and accountabilities
- Effective change management skills
- Occasional travel
