Job Summary
Originate, develop, and grow new and existing client relationships to support growth objectives across institutional capital and intermediaries in the U.K. and Continental Europe; design and execute targeted client engagement strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, education, and sustained adoption of HKEX markets, products, and services; build and expand coverage of targeted institutional buy-side and sell-side segments (insurance companies, pension funds, asset owners, asset managers, hedge funds); translate education-led engagement into outcomes such as market participation, connectivity, listings, index usage, and derivatives adoption; participate in HKEX events and drive client engagement through roundtables and conferences; develop Europe-focused marketing content with regulatory alignment; capture client feedback to inform product development and strategic planning; apply professional sales and relationship-management discipline with CRM documentation and pipeline tracking; travel within the U.K. and Europe, and potentially to Hong Kong as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
- Understanding of global and Asia equity and derivatives markets; familiarity with cross-border market access frameworks
- Experience in originating new client relationships and expanding coverage; ability to engage senior-level dialogue with institutional stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and educate C-suite
- CRM usage and pipeline management capabilities
