Job Summary
Lead a globally distributed AI sales organization as VP, Global AI Sales Specialists responsible for defining and scaling a global AI sales motion, aligning business value with AI-driven customer experience orchestration, and driving revenue across regions. Own the global two-in-a-box engagement model with AI Architects and Solution Consultants to validate solutions, define use-case frameworks, and accelerate conversion from prototype to production. Drive joint account planning, market strategy, and coordinated deal execution; establish repeatable sales plays focused on outcomes, ROI, and customer impact. Develop and lead industry-specific AI use-case frameworks, standardize executive-level value articulation for CIO/CTO/CXO stakeholders, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team across regions. Coordinate with product, marketing, and customer success for post-sale adoption and expansion, while guiding leadership development, career pathways, and succession planning. Essential skills include enterprise AI sales leadership, strategic storytelling, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in value-based selling and complex deals.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership with exposure to AI, customer experience, or related technologies
- Proven track record of leading global, matrixed sales organizations and delivering against large-scale revenue targets
- Experience leading leaders across multiple regions or global teams
- Demonstrated success in complex, consultative, and solution-based sales environments
- Strong understanding of AI market dynamics, enterprise use cases, and value-based selling approaches
- Experience partnering with technical stakeholders such as architects or solution consultants in complex sales cycles
- Ability to operate across strategic, operational, and execution-focused responsibilities
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success
