Job Summary
Lead regional operations across multiple offices by planning, directing, and overseeing business activities to optimize capabilities, reduce costs, and increase revenues. Manage branch managers, senior technical staff, and business development associates while establishing financial KPIs, overseeing risk management, and maintaining awareness of market and regulatory conditions. Drive staff development through coaching and mentorship, collaborate to identify high-potential employees, and build strong relationships with community and industry leaders. Foster a safety-first culture and ensure profitable, sustainable operations while upholding the company's mission and client service philosophy.

- 15+ years of proven success in a senior leadership role within a multi-location geotechnical, testing, or environmental consulting firm (or a related industry)
