Job Summary
VP & GM of Hardware Operations to lead Crunchtime's physical hardware portfolio and integrate with the software suite; responsible for hardware roadmap alignment with software monetization, hardware sourcing and lifecycle, supply chain efficiency, vendor management, warranty optimization, and cross-functional leadership across hardware and software teams. Role emphasizes aligning hardware strategy with SaaS/IoT goals, managing global manufacturing partners, optimizing inventory and costs, and driving growth through hardware-enabled software value (subscriptions, data, renewals). Strong emphasis on leadership, strategic thinking, data-driven execution, and customer-focused outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in hardware product sales & operations, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director or VP)
- proven track record working inside a SaaS or IoT ecosystem where hardware and software were connected
- experience managing US and Asian global manufacturing partners
- strong time management and prioritization skills
- results-driven mindset and proactive leadership
- data-driven decision making and continuous improvement
- exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external customers
- strong analytical skills and understanding of development and integration technology
- B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent; MBA highly desirable
