Job Summary
Lead the West Lafayette site as the senior executive accountable for overall performance, strategic direction, and long-term growth of the advanced manufacturing operation producing the T-7A Red Hawk rear section. Provide full P&L leadership for operational, financial, and strategic outcomes while championing a culture of safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Refine and execute the site's strategic roadmap in alignment with global aeronautics objectives, driving excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, and program execution. Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team to build organizational depth and succession pipelines. Partner with U.S. and global stakeholders to identify growth opportunities in new programs and capabilities, strengthening integration with engineering, R&D, and commercial functions. Establish a world-class aerospace design engineering capability in West Lafayette, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field
- 20+ years of progressive executive leadership experience
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
