Job Summary
Oversee the preparation and distribution of fund reports, applying accounting services and regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor a team of professionals in fund reporting; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy, liaise with clients to understand reporting needs, and maintain internal controls to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) highly preferred
- Typically 7+ years of experience in fund reporting
- Experience in financial reporting, US GAAP, IFRS highly preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams
