Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting

Job Summary
Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting within the Conversion Onboarding team based in Wroclaw. You will coordinate onboarding processes to set up new client accounts, collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data, documentation, and system configurations are delivered accurately and on time, and contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding procedures. You will ensure activities align with regulatory requirements and control standards, provide strong analytical and organizational support, and leverage knowledge of accounting systems, workflow automation, and fund administration. The role requires BA-equivalent education in Finance/Accounting/Engineering/IT and 7–10 years in investment management or financial services, experience with Eagle or Invest One software, and the ability to work both independently and with teams, with flexibility to support market hours.
Required Qualifications
- BA in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or IT
- 7-10 years of experience in investment management and/or the financial services industry
- Experience using Eagle or Invest One products or other major fund administration software is required
