Vice President - Fund Accounting

Job Summary
Vice President – Fund Accounting in Dubai leads and supports the fund accounting team, ensuring timely and accurate client deliverables and high levels of client service. Responsibilities include coordinating client-related administrative functions with lawyers, investment managers, prime brokers and other counterparties across international jurisdictions; delivering compliant client service; and preparing and reviewing complex net asset valuations for hedge and private equity funds. The role requires significant experience in a similar capacity, English fluency, and proven leadership in managing staff and client deliverables with proactive, detail-oriented multithreaded prioritization. Hybrid work arrangement in Dubai.
Required Qualifications
- Involvement in client-related administrative functions and liaison with lawyers, investment managers, prime brokers and other transaction counterparties in various international jurisdictions
- Deliver high levels of client service, ensuring that each relationship is compliant with internal policies and procedures
- Responsible for the preparation and review of complex net asset valuations for a portfolio of hedge and private equity funds
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Accounting qualification an advantage
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Management level experience in leading a team, managing staff and client deliverables
- Proactive, detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities
