Job Summary
The Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer will lead the design, development, maintenance, and operations of API services primarily in Java, leveraging SQL and NoSQL databases hosted in Azure. Responsibilities include collaborating with product management and clients to understand requirements, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and participating in Agile practices. The role requires hands-on expertise with complex software systems, experience with distributed computing technologies, and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, strong Java experience, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering required
- At least 4 years of proven commercial experience with Java related techstack
- Strong technical credentials and deep hands-on technical expertise building complex, highly scalable software systems
- Experience with distributed and big data computing technologies and platforms like Redis, Spark, Kafka
- Experience transforming monolith to microservices
- Understand the importance of tests and CI/CD pipelines, SaaS technologies, and public cloud providers such as Azure or AWS
- Experience in building multi-tenant applications
- Fluent spoken and written English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with web technologies and architecture
- Working knowledge on developing or maintaining applications developed in C++
