Vice President, FP&A

Lead FP&A for a high-growth SaaS company by owning the annual planning calendar, budget process, and monthly/quarterly operating cadence; own the consolidated forecast (three-statement model, unit economics, runway, scenario planning) and convert results into a clear, data-driven narrative for board and investors; define and maintain KPI taxonomy and ARR methodology; manage variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations. Partner with GTM (CRO and sales leadership) on quota, capacity, and CAC/payback; collaborate with Product and Engineering on headcount and forecasting AI costs (cloud/inference); own headcount planning and drive resource allocation decisions. Build and lead the finance team, design a best-in-class finance stack, and implement AI-enabled workflows to accelerate decision-making and transform finance operations. Bring SaaS-finance expertise, executive presence, and a hands-on, player-coach approach to scale the finance function from growth to scale, including potential involvement in fundraising and M&A activities. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics required; MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus.
