Job Summary
Co-create and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure and sustain financial resources for facilities development and long-term growth. Personally identify, cultivate, and solicit prospects capable of making major and principal gifts ranging from $100k to $2.5M, while managing a portfolio of 100 donor relationships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with state and local policymakers, acting as a liaison between leadership and government officials to communicate the organization's public policy position. Inspire the development team through mentorship and professional development, and stay informed on current fundraising trends through ongoing networking. Requires a Bachelor's degree with five years of leadership experience and seven years in fundraising or public relations. Full-time role in Los Angeles; E-Verify required.
