Job Summary
Leader responsible for providing cohesive vision, leadership and strategic direction to Roberts Wesleyan University’s enrollment, marketing, and financial aid functions. Serves as chief enrollment officer, overseeing enrollment, admissions, student financial services, marketing, and enrollment management systems; collaborates with athletics (NCAA Division II) and academic/student affairs to support student success; develops enrollment, marketing and financial aid goals aligned with RWU strategic priorities; manages budgets and resources; directs multiple units including undergraduate admissions, adult/graduate enrollment, brand/marketing communications, and student financial services; analyzes data to inform decisions and strategy; oversees institutional marketing strategy, branding, crisis management, and public representation of the University; provides regular updates to senior administration and cabinet; performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- master’s degree
- at least 10 years of related, progressively responsible experience
- at least five years in enrollment management leadership or equivalent experience
- successful track record of leading enrollment/sales and marketing
- experience involving undergraduate, graduate, adult and seminary level programs
- ability to build, mentor, and manage a high performing team
- ability to collaborate with leadership
- knowledge of relevant software applications
- analytical problem-solving skills
