Job Summary
The Vice President of Financial Systems will lead financial systems strategy, implementation, and optimization for Corporate Accounting and FP&A. Responsibilities include defining strategic direction, owning the financial systems roadmap, managing ERP enhancements and automation initiatives, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations like SOX. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 10 years in finance/accounting with experience in financial systems leadership, and familiarity with ERP platforms and data analytics tools. Strong leadership and communication skills essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting
- At least 5 years leading financial systems or transformation initiatives
- Proven experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial reporting or planning tools
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial operations, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Experience with modern data platforms and tools (e.g., data lakes, Snowflake, dbt, SQL)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
- CPA, CMA, CGMA, PMP, or similar certification
