Job Summary
Senior VP/Head of FP&A leading a global FP&A function to shape financial strategy, drive performance, and transform FP&A through AI, automation, and advanced analytics. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, partnering with the CFO and executive leadership, delivering actionable insights to drive growth and capital allocation, supporting M&A activities with financial modeling and due diligence, building scalable FP&A processes, and leading a high-performing team. Requires 15+ years in FP&A/corporate finance, experience guiding a multinational organization at VP/Head level, and strong strategic communication with executives. Fully remote work arrangement.
Required Qualifications

- MBA/CPA/CFA/CBV preferred

- MBA, CPA, CFA, and/or CBV designation preferred
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling, planning tools, and data analytics platforms
- Strong business partnering experience with executive leadership teams
- Proven involvement in M&A transactions, including financial modeling and strategic analysis
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
