Job Summary
Vice President, FP&A leads a global FP&A function with responsibilities across budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; partners with the CFO and executive leadership to support strategic decision-making and enterprise performance; drives transformation through AI-enabled tools, automation, and advanced analytics to improve forecasting and reporting; partners with functional leaders across the organization to drive performance, support M&A activity with financial modeling and due diligence, and deliver high-quality insights to senior leadership; focuses on establishing consistent performance-measurement frameworks, enabling quick, scalable planning, and building a scalable FP&A function; requires 15+ years in FP&A/corporate finance, senior leadership experience (VP/Head of FP&A), and strong business partnering and analytical skills; qualifications such as MBA, CPA, CFA, and/or CBV are preferred; role is fully remote and based in Spain (Madrid).
