Job Summary
Senior VP level FP&A leader responsible for global FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and transformation initiatives including AI-enabled analytics and automation. Partners with CFO and executive leadership to drive performance, capital allocation, and enterprise-wide decision-making. Plays a key role in M&A financial modeling, scenario analysis, and providing strategic insights. Leads and develops a high-performing FP&A team, shaping a scalable, future-ready function and partnering with executives across finance and non-finance functions.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive FP&A and corporate finance experience
- Proven experience operating as a VP or Head of FP&A within a large, complex, multinational organization
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with executive leadership
- MBA, CPA, CFA, and/or CBV designation preferred
- Experience transforming FP&A with AI, automation, and modern planning tools
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling and data analytics platforms
- Experience with M&A transactions, including financial modeling and due diligence
- Fully remote working environment - based in France (must have right to work in France)
