Job Summary
Vice President - Financial Operations responsible for all Accounting and Treasury operations of Luminis Health, ensuring GAAP compliance, robust internal controls, and timely, credible financial reporting. Leads accounting operations, tax planning, external audits, and strategic financial guidance to senior leadership, collaborating with Investment Advisors, Fund Managers, and other executives to optimize capital markets access, fund management, and performance measurement. Driving the design and maintenance of accounting systems and reporting processes to support company growth and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Provides strategic financial counsel to the CFO, Board, and senior management, mentors finance staff, and fosters a proactive, customer-service oriented finance culture across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field; CPA is required, MBA is preferred.
- Ten years of related healthcare work experience, including an increasing high level of responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of computer software programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Certified Public Accountant
