Job Summary
As a full-time Vice President, Financial Due Diligence, you will lead buy-side and sell-side financial accounting due diligence engagements, providing critical insights for private equity and corporate clients. Responsibilities include supervising teams, analyzing financial statements, conducting quality of earnings assessments, and producing comprehensive due diligence reports. Candidates should possess strong technical and analytical skills, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related major, and at least 5-7 years of experience in audit or financial accounting due diligence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related major
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in audit and/or financial accounting due diligence (with at least 1 years in due diligence)
- Proficient knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
- Self-motivated with a robust work ethic
- Willingness to travel up to 50% on short notice
Desired Qualifications
- Big Four experience preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
