Vice President, Financial Analysis - Business Banking PXT

Job Summary
Build and deliver financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and analysis for Business Banking PXT. Prepare analytics and strategy including location strategy, span of control, and business cases while developing recommendations to streamline processes and introduce automation. Provide oversight of month-end results, annual forecasts, and future budgets, performing variance analysis to explain changes from prior forecasts to senior management and FP&A leaders. Create presentations on performance metrics and expenses, helping design new dashboards to efficiently deliver financial results. Lead the FP&A team, interact with line of business CFOs, and assist with special projects as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 7+ years of experience, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a subject of a technical nature
- 7+ years of work experience in Accounting, Finance, Planning & Analysis or Business Management
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Inquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
- Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines
- Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
- Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A Teams
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
