Job Summary

Manage complex client relationships by analyzing investments, preparing annual reviews, and delivering high-touch financial guidance. Facilitate the financial planning process from initial goal understanding through trade execution and account management. Assist in closing prospective clients and driving referrals from existing networks while maintaining strict compliance and CRM adherence. Participate in ongoing group trainings and proficiently utilize advisor-facing technology to support the firm's personalized planning standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) in business; finance, economics or related
  • Minimum 5 consecutive years as a registered representative (IAR) holding a Series 65 or 7/ 66 or advanced designation
  • Experience with complex financial planning (including tax, alternative investments, trust and estate)
  • Ability to convert prospects to clients and provide high-level planning-oriented service to a fast-growing book of business
  • Possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both oral & written)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality
  • Able to travel locally to meet clients and attend meetings at various locations
  • Adherence to the Wealth Enhancement Group's Corporate Communication Strategy and in good compliance standing
