Vice President Finance - Skincare

Job Summary
Hands-on VP Finance to lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, working capital management, accounting oversight, KPI development, financial modeling, and financial reporting. Will partner closely with leadership on pricing, margin analysis, inventory planning, business performance, and scalable systems and controls in a fast-moving, founder-led environment. Requires deep FP&A and operational finance experience within multi-channel consumer businesses, with a strong focus on cash flow, working capital, forecasting, and financial controls. Remote work environment available; compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of finance, FP&A, or operational finance experience
- Consumer products, beauty, skincare, wellness
- Experience in high-growth, founder-led environments
- Strong understanding of cash flow, working capital, forecasting, and financial controls
- Experience with multi-channel businesses
- ERP experience, ideally NetSuite
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
- Experience with inventory-intensive businesses, periods of rapid growth, operational transformation, or organizational scaling is a plus
