Job Summary
Senior finance leadership for Onterris’ Air Testing finance operations, owning FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and monthly close; lead due diligence for acquisitions, drive margin expansion and system enhancements across geographies, mentor global finance team, and partner with Operations and Legal to ensure governance and SOX controls; role supports remote work with preferred proximity to Irvine/Santa Ana, CA; travel within US and Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
- Public-company experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- CPA, CMA or MBA equivalent
- Experience leading finance teams across multiple geographies
- Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge including revenue recognition, inventory methodologies, expense cut-off and accruals
- ERP systems familiarity (Workday strongly preferred)
- Ability to drive margin improvement and revenue growth initiatives
- Willingness to travel ~10% (US and Canada)
- Executive-level communication and partnership with senior leaders
