Job Summary
Senior financial leader responsible for FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Division; acts as trusted advisor to Division President and CFO on financial reporting, with oversight of monthly/quarterly close, variance analysis, and key business drivers; partners with leadership to deliver insights on performance, risks, and opportunities; oversees GAAP compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness; leads strategy and corporate development including M&A lifecycle, due diligence, valuation, and integration; drives data and analytics initiatives, develops dashboards and reporting capabilities, and supports strategic initiatives with cross-functional collaboration; leads and develops a high-performing finance organization, aligning resources with key priorities; requires Bachelor's in finance/accounting, MBA/CPA preferred, 10+ years of experience in finance/strategy/accounting, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required
- MBA, CPA, or other professional designation preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience across finance, strategy or accounting roles
- Demonstrated experience in M&A, corporate development, and/or strategic initiatives
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams (5+ years of leadership experience preferred)
- Experience operating in a matrixed organization; industry experience in construction materials, mining or related sectors is a plus
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and dashboard reporting
- Willingness to travel
