Job Summary
Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategy, providing insight for growth, profitability, investment decisions, and long-term business objectives. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across U.S. and Canadian operations while overseeing accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and controls to ensure integrity. Build and mentor the North American Finance team, fostering accountability and succession plans. Maintain strong financial control environments including JSOX compliance, internal and external audits, and risk management. Serve as the senior liaison with the parent company, communicating performance, forecasts, and opportunities to the Board and stakeholders. Support major capital investments, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives through financial modeling and due diligence. This onsite role at the Medina Corporate Headquarters requires 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with 20% travel required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
