Job Summary
Finance leader for News Corp Global Technology and Headquarters, overseeing end-to-end financial management, budgeting and forecasting, and the design of scalable cost allocation and chargeback frameworks. Provides HQ senior leadership with data-driven insights on headcount, operating spend, and investments; leads finance transformation and digital modernization to automate processes, improve scalability, and enhance executive reporting. Partners with senior technology leaders and EVPs to drive strategic plans, optimize technology spending, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives; accountable for global allocations, FP&A execution, and delivering transparent financial reporting across the HQ and other segments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA qualification highly preferred
- 8-10+ years of finance experience
- 3–5 years FP&A or finance business partner in multinational
- Global entity expertise
- Experience with chargeback/cost-allocation/transfer pricing models
- Strong automation experience and BI tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with financial consolidation tools (OneStream, Hyperion), ERP systems (SAP)
