Job Summary
Develop and execute PSG's financial strategy, overseeing budgets, forecasts, and day-to-day operations including billing, contract management, and cash flow. Lead the finance team while serving as a strategic advisor to operational leaders and PSG leadership on pricing, profitability, and cost management. Prepare financial reports ensuring regulatory compliance and provide insights for key business decisions. Act as the primary finance point of contact for high-profile clients, supporting quarterly reviews and negotiations. Identify financial risks and implement mitigations in alignment with global standards. This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Finance within Crisis24's Private Strategic Group, a global benchmark in elite protective services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Extensive, progressive finance leadership experience (typically 10+ years)
- Experience leading and developing a finance team at senior manager, director, or VP level
- Proven track record as a senior finance business partner in a services, security, project-based or otherwise client-driven business
- Direct experience supporting client-facing commercial activity (pricing, RFPs, QBRs)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Solid grasp of financial reporting, internal controls and compliance (US GAAP)
- Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle finance operations, including billing, contract management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and cash management
- Experience operating within a multi-entity, international group
- Ability to partner effectively with a parent-company and shared-services structure
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management and executive-presence skills
- Confidence to engage senior leadership and high-profile clients directly
- A high degree of discretion

- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage priorities around period-end close

- Hybrid role based in the Boca Raton, FL office
- Minimum of three (3) days per week on-site
- Primarily an office-based, computer-intensive role
Desired Qualifications
- CPA, MBA or an equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in a services, security, project-based or otherwise client-driven business (strongly preferred)
- Direct experience supporting client-facing commercial activity (pricing, RFPs, QBRs) (strongly preferred)
- Exposure to IFRS
- Experience operating within a multi-entity, international group (advantage)
- Experience partnering effectively with a parent-company and shared-services structure (advantage)
