Job Summary
Lead the finance department by developing strategic plans that align with company growth objectives and overseeing operations across Malaysia and Bangkok. Manage the Finance Director and a team including an Accounting Manager, FP&A professionals, and a BI specialist while driving the transition from Excel-based systems to structured finance platforms. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and controls to ensure compliance, and engage internal and external stakeholders to support decision-making. Scale the finance function to meet expanding needs through continuous process improvement and team development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in finance leadership roles within multinational corporations (MNCs) or rapidly growing startups
- Proven track record of managing finance teams and implementing financial systems
- Strong ability to manage and engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external investors
- Experience in transitioning from basic financial tools to advanced finance systems
- Demonstrated ability to enhance financial processes and systems
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on scaling and aligning finance operations with business growth
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
