Vice President, Field & Inside Sales

Job Summary
Lead both Field Sales and Inside Sales organizations to execute growth, customer experience, and revenue objectives. Own the mergers and acquisitions program with end-to-end deal execution, evaluation, negotiation, and integration. Develop and document field and inside sales strategies focused on revenue growth, contract optimization, product penetration, compliance workflows, and customer satisfaction. Manage assigned revenue growth projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, train and coach direct reports, and provide accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts. Lead complex negotiations across a broad range of issues, and travel approximately 25% to support business needs. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of sales leadership experience, and strong skills in talent development, strategic planning, contract analysis, presentation and communication, and financial acumen.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in sales leadership or high value customer sales
- Food service or industrial gas industry experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
