Job Summary
Administer and advise the Wealth Management team on trust provisions, fiduciary duties, and trustee responsibilities while managing existing client relationships with a focus on risk management. Interpret governing trust documents, identify compliance risks, and ensure adherence to fiduciary standards across discretionary and non-discretionary approvals. Independently pursue new business opportunities through self-sourced assets and referrals to drive fee growth. Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members and the Lead Analyst as needed. This role is located in Boston, MA, and requires 6+ years of experience in fiduciary administration and fiduciary taxation. A Bachelor's degree is required, with advanced degrees and designations such as JD, CTFA, or CFP strongly preferred.
