Vice President, Facilities Operations - Europe

Coordinate, synthesize, and integrate all aspects of corporate real estate management, financial analysis, master planning, and new construction while directly managing facilities operations for assigned properties. Maintain, establish, and implement facilities policies and procedures within federal, state, and local regulations. Develop, direct, and monitor business plans consistent with profit and growth objectives, including cost control, waste reduction, and safety standards. Supervise operating budgets for data centers and oversee regional operational budgets to ensure compliance with expenditure requirements. Lead teams to deliver space planning, power and cooling services, headcount projections, capital projects, and maintenance for owned and leased real estate. Negotiate improvement project contracts and resolve operational problems through staff consultation. Monitor program effectiveness using comparative evaluations and key performance indicators while ensuring full compliance with governmental operating guidelines.
