Job Summary
Vice President Executive Communications, Auto to partner with Auto executives to develop clear, compelling messages reflecting the organization’s vision; design channel strategies, plan and execute employee events, contribute to internal editorial strategy, manage major communications initiatives, and prepare materials for executives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of communications experience in a large, matrixed organization
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Strong executive presence and experience counseling senior leaders; able to translate complex Auto business topics into concise, actionable narratives.
- Excellent writer with an audience-first mindset and rigorous attention to clarity, structure, and tone.
- Team-first collaborator who contributes to both strategic planning and hands-on execution with equal effectiveness.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage large-scale, complex initiatives with discipline, precision, and confidentiality.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with the agility to operate with speed, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Outstanding judgment, proactive problem-solving ability, and resourcefulness.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think differently and innovate employee engagement.
- Software skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, AI large language models
- Financial services experience specially within lending, consumer finance, or the automotive industry.
