Job Summary
Lead Fund Servicing operations as a Vice President for ETF administration and fund servicing, overseeing accurate accounting and securities records, managing a diverse team, driving automation and continuous improvement, overseeing service delivery to clients, and communicating KPIs and status updates to senior management. Build partnerships within the fund services organization, engage in strategic planning and stakeholder management, mentor staff, and participate in discussions with Fund Sponsors on new ETF products and launches.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in fund accounting and ETF administration
- Proven ability to manage a diverse team
- Advanced proficiency in process automation
- Strong experience in strategic planning and stakeholder management
- Exceptional leadership and staff development skills
- Experience communicating status updates and KPIs to senior management
- Experience participating in ETF onboarding and fund launches
