Job Summary
Executive-level VP, EPC Operations leader responsible for West Region P&L, project execution, and market growth. Oversees a regional team of Directors and PMs, drives profitable growth, coordinates cross-regional resources, and leads office expansion and market entry strategies. Manages regional profitability, risk, and customer relationships with a focus on high-voltage electrical infrastructure, substation delivery, and enterprise program oversight. Located in Houston, TX, with a hybrid regional model and cross-functional leadership responsibilities; accountable for revenue performance, project execution excellence, and talent development across the West Region.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in EPC project delivery
- Significant experience in high-voltage electrical infrastructure, substation construction, or specialty electrical contracting
- Proven P&L ownership experience with direct accountability for financial outcomes
- Experience building and developing high-performing project management teams
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and portfolios at varying scales
- Strong commercial acumen including contract negotiation, risk assessment, change order management, claims avoidance, and value-based pricing
- Ability to develop new customer relationships and expand regional or divisional market presence
