Job Summary
Vice President, Enterprise Transformation role at CareMetx leading the transformation program for the company’s Grow/2.0 operating model. Responsibilities include leading enterprise transformation initiatives with executive initiative owners, managing the transformation office and dashboards, coordinating stakeholders and leadership teams, delivering measurable value, and reporting status to the ELT, steering committees, and the board. The role may temporarily lead 1–2 initiatives during recruitment for a long-term owner, including market research, building analytical business cases, and updating leadership on findings. Key skills include strategic, analytical, and financial framework development; project management; executive communication and presentation; influencing senior leaders; delivering profitability and operating efficiencies; strategic thinking to add value beyond immediate requirements. Educational note: MBA or equivalent degree is a plus; equivalent combinations of experience and education are encouraged. Travel may be required; the environment is fast-paced with a focus on patient access solutions in healthcare and life sciences, supporting the transformation toward CareMetx 2.0.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of work experience including some time at a top strategy consulting firm
- Operating experience in healthcare technology and/or life sciences is preferable
- Exposure to private equity and/or private equity backed businesses a plus
- MBA or equivalent degree a plus
- Analytical Skills: ability to develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks and lead execution
- Problem Solver: creative, urgent, decisive with strong communication and presentation skills
- Influencing and Partnering Skills: ability to gain trust of senior executives and board members
