Job Summary
The Vice President, Enterprise Technology Initiatives will own and coordinate the delivery and adoption of technology changes that improve associate satisfaction and productivity. This position involves leading enterprise-wide initiatives, developing change management plans, and collaborating with key stakeholders across various departments. The role requires strong program leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects. Candidates must have 15+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, and preferred certifications in PMP, PROSCI, or Agile. Proven ability to influence and manage employee-impacting changes is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in IT, technology transformation, program leadership, or enterprise initiatives
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations
- Proven experience managing and communicating large scale employee impacting changes
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT domains, particularly Technology Operations and Information Security
- Experience managing small, high-impact teams
- Experience driving associate or employee experience initiatives at enterprise scale
- Familiarity with digital workplace technologies, identity/access, endpoint management, or collaboration platforms
- Experience working with executive leadership and presenting to senior governance forums
- Exceptional ability to translate "tech-speak" into value-driven narratives for non-technical associates
