Job Summary

Define and operate a single measurement system for Enterprise Technology experience across engineers, business partners, leadership, and associates, including instrument design and a published action loop. Own the Enterprise Technology scorecard with agreed definitions and named owners for every metric. Establish and run a single front door for technology demand with visible request status and triage service levels. Influence the technology initiative portfolio, including discretionary planning cycles and run-versus-change classification. Establish and run operating rhythms for bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews conducted on an outcomes basis. Design and build developer platforms with open architecture integrating third-party tooling, golden paths, and CI/CD pipelines. Partner with senior business and technology leaders to translate experience findings into prioritized work and deliver measurable business value. Maintain the integrated view of estate health, vendor performance, and business continuity status. Collaborate with senior executives on strategic planning and executive-level communications.

Required Qualifications

Financial services experience required
More than ten (10) years of relevant experience
Management or leadership experience
Bachelor's: Computer and Information Science
Bachelor's: Data Science
Bachelor's: Information Technology
High School (HS)
Experience owning a measured experience program for a technical or internal-service population
Command of IT financial mechanics (RTB/CTB/KTLO classification, discretionary prioritization, unit-cost and variance reporting)
Senior-level developer-experience and platform-engineering expertise
Experience standing up a technology business-operation
Experience or PMO function
Service-management or workplace-technology exposure
Less than 25% travel
Hybrid work model (3 days a week at the St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office location)
