Job Summary
The Vice President, Enterprise Risk is a senior enterprise leader who advances a strong, transparent risk culture across Dun & Bradstreet. This role leads the global Enterprise Risk program including risk identification, assessment, prioritization, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting; oversees Business Continuity Management, crisis management, and enterprise resilience; partners with Technology, Cybersecurity, Data, Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, HR, Strategy, Operations, and International teams to address risks from transformation, acquisitions, and regulatory changes; drives AI governance and risk frameworks, and reports to the Enterprise Risk Committee and Board. Essential skills include deep knowledge of ERM principles, governance, and operating models; technology, data, cybersecurity, and analytics understanding; strong communication and change management; and ability to translate complex risk issues into practical actions. The position requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) and 15+ years of experience, with a leadership mindset and track record of collaboration across global teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or similar role
- Strong executive presence and communication
- Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, and operational resilience
- Knowledge of ISO 22301 and resilience standards
- Understanding of AI governance, data governance, and third-party risk considerations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to influence across senior leadership and cross-functional teams
