Vice President Enterprise Product Business Development

Job Summary
Lead enterprise sales for Switch/EAP products in North America; drive revenue by identifying opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, translating customer needs into sales opportunities, and collaborating with technical teams on demos, PoCs, evaluations, and training. Develop and execute account plans to meet quotas, manage RFQs/RFPs/RFIs, and deliver data-driven market insights. Engage with global teams and partners to shape enterprise product strategy, requiring strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep network in the US enterprise networking space.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in Telecommunications, Broadband Networking, and Wireless industries
- Deep understanding of the US Enterprise market, particularly with Switch/EAP products
- Established relationships with key enterprise network product vendors like Ubiquiti, Extreme Networks, Fortinet, Ruckus, Dell, Juniper, Aruba, and more
- Experience working with Asian electronic ODMs
- Strong negotiation skills, a sharp business acumen, and a results-driven mindset
- Track record of exceeding sales and business development goals
- Ability to navigate complex deals, collaborate across teams, and think strategically
