Job Summary
The Vice President of Enterprise Applications and ERP Solutions will lead the global strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise systems, focusing on ERP financial systems and enterprise application delivery. This role demands a strategic leader to partner with business executives in implementing and optimizing Workday Financials while ensuring integration with other enterprise applications. The leader will be responsible for fostering a results-driven culture, overseeing project delivery, maintaining compliance with global standards, and developing internal teams, with a hands-on approach to ensure effective delivery of enterprise solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and results-oriented leadership
- Assertive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive ERP and enterprise application delivery to completion
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge Finance, Accounting, and Technology stakeholders
- Deep expertise in Workday Financials, including core modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Procurement, and Financial Reporting
- Proven track record in delivering ERP and enterprise application programs on time, within budget, and aligned to financial and operational objectives
- Vendor management, contract negotiation, and Workday partner ecosystem leadership experience
- Ability to navigate organizational complexity and lead transformational change in a global environment
