Job Summary
Vice President, Technology Investment Banking in San Francisco leading day-to-day execution of M&A and private placements, including complex financial modeling (LBO, DCF, and accretion/dilution), due diligence management, and drafting information memoranda. Develop and deliver high-impact strategic presentations for C-suite and Boards; supervise and mentor Associates and Analysts; maintain deep SaaS/FinTech/Internet/AI sector knowledge to identify opportunities. Support senior MDs in business development and client dialogues; requires 6+ years of investment banking experience and MBA or CFA designation; strong communication and executive presence. Location: Santa Rosa, CA (onsite).
Required Qualifications

- MBA from a top-tier business school or an equivalent level of professional experience/CFA designation
