Job Summary
Lead financial analysis, valuation, and structuring of investment opportunities while managing due diligence across commercial, financial, and operational workstreams. Prepare investment committee materials and coordinate with advisors, lenders, and co-investors on transaction execution. Work closely with portfolio company management teams to support strategic initiatives and value creation programmes, while supporting origination activity and thematic sector research. Requires 6–10 years of relevant experience in private equity and bulge bracket investment banking, including strong transaction execution across mid-to-large cap investments. The firm manages over 10 billion in capital and focuses on thematic investing and value creation.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of relevant experience across private equity and bulge bracket investment banking
- Current experience within a top-tier private equity fund or leading investment bank
- Strong transaction execution experience across mid-to-large cap investments
- Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex workstreams in fast-paced deal environments
- Strong academic credentials from a leading university
