Job Summary
Strategic operational leadership across a portfolio of Canadian branches/regions to drive exceptional service delivery and strong financial results. Lead multi-location teams, oversee performance metrics, budgeting, workforce planning, succession and leadership development, and drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Partner with regional leaders and support functions to advance operational excellence, guide acquisitions/integrations, and transform strategy into measurable outcomes. This role emphasizes developing leaders, optimizing operations across multiple sites, and ensuring alignment with business objectives, while maintaining safety and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (required)
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree (preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations (ideally in restoration, construction, property services, or related service-based industry)
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading managers and multi-site operations
- Proven ability to manage operational performance, budgets, and profitability across multiple locations or units
- Experience leading change initiatives, process improvements, and growth strategies
- Demonstrated success developing leaders and building high-performing teams
- Strong financial and operational acumen with ability to translate metrics into results
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead through complexity and align diverse teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Ability to perform tasks that may involve material handling, lifting, and use of PPE including respirators and safety gear
