Job Summary
Senior Relationship Manager/Director for Taiwan-based Global Commercial Banking clients, accountable for delivering the regional capabilities to GCB-S clients, executing international GCB strategy, and growing client relationships. Responsibilities include developing and growing assigned client relationships with regular planning, coordinating with regional/global client teams and product partners, assessing client needs to structure appropriate solutions across credit, treasury, LCs, leasing, supply chain and trade finance, and leading client-facing engagements to cross-sell Bank capabilities. Manage credit exposure and risk with Risk & Wholesale Credit partners, monitor P&L for the portfolio, and ensure compliant operations. Requires deep knowledge of Commercial banking products, strong communication and relationship skills, and at least 8 years of relevant experience; bilingual in English and Mandarin; ability to navigate a large international organization and build a local market presence in Taiwan.
Required Qualifications
- min. 8 years of client management experience in commercial banking or related fields
- strong knowledge of core Commercial banking products across credit, treasury & foreign exchange
- demonstrated ability to identify, understand and manage credit and risk
- Formal credit training or experience will be core to this role
- excellent communication, analytical and quantitative skills
- English and Mandarin fluency
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a large international organization
