Job Summary
The Vice President/Director of Product Management, QualityOne will be a hands-on leader driving the product strategy and direction for Veeva’s Quality applications across new industries. Responsibilities include defining rolling four and twelve-month road maps, collaborating with executives and product managers on designs, coaching a team of product managers, identifying cross-team dependencies, ensuring resolution of product issues, and articulating the benefits of new features. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a proven product leadership track record, and substantial experience in enterprise software.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and formal presentation
- Proven track record as a product leader in enterprise software
- 7+ years of experience within the product management function
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise software
- 5+ years managing a team of direct reports
- Strong technical skills to translate business requirements into developer specifications
Desired Qualifications
- Some prior experience implementing software in a professional services capacity
- Technical degree or hands-on development experience
- Experience in process manufacturing (e.g. Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage industries) is an asset
Additional Requirements
- Must be based in the Eastern Time zone or at least 1 hour offset
