Job Summary
Define and evolve digital product strategies across transaction banking and digital channels by translating business priorities into actionable roadmaps. Lead capability planning, market analysis, and competitive assessments to align product investments with strategic objectives. Drive alignment between client journeys, operating models, and technology investments while facilitating future-state experience definitions. Coordinate execution of high-impact digital transformation initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, and Transformation teams to resolve complex delivery challenges. Prepare strategic recommendations, business cases, and executive presentations to support decision-making and influence senior stakeholder groups. Report to the Director, Digital Product Management, Transformation, with a 40-hour schedule in New York.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Digital Transformation, Business Strategy, or Delivery Leadership
- Proven experience delivering large, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of digital product development and product lifecycle management
- Experience working across Product, Technology, Operations, and Transformation organizations
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving skills
- Experience building business cases, product roadmaps, strategic recommendations, and executive-level materials
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Transaction Banking, Treasury Services, Payments, Commercial Banking, or Capital Markets
- Knowledge of digital channel modernization, client experience design, and product operating models
- Familiarity with Agile and Product Management frameworks
