Job Summary
Lead strategic direction for measurement and analysis plans aligned with client objectives; oversee campaign performance analysis, identify trends, opportunities, and provide actionable optimization recommendations; serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders with data-driven insights; collaborate to develop compelling reports and presentations communicating key findings; cultivate and strengthen client relationships within analytics; spearhead departmental objectives and inspire the team to achieve them; stay at the forefront of analytics by evaluating new methodologies and technologies; play an active role in new business development by identifying opportunities and developing innovative analytical solutions; represent the company at industry events and build relationships with peers.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in analytics and research with a focus on online direct marketing or online media performance analysis
- 7+ years of experience building and managing high-performing teams
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively
- Experience managing multiple projects across internal teams and delivering under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, segmentation, ROI
- Experience or education in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
